Rich Froning and his team, CrossFit Mayhem Freedom, showed that they are back this year and better than ever. With the addition of Lindy Barber, Mayhem Freedom started Friday with two 1st place victories and never looked back. In total, Mayhem Freedom finished with three event wins and only one event outside the top 10.
Mayhem Freedom beat their nearest competitor, CrossFit 417, by almost 100 points. CrossFit 417 started Sunday outside the top 5, but battled their way up the leaderboard with two 3rd place finishes and an event victory.
OC3 Black, Timberwolf CrossFit and Three Kings Black outlasted Friendship CrossFit and MAXIMUS to round out the top 5 in the Central regional.
