Dave Castro has released another preview of the CrossFit Games. This time, Dan Bailey is shown doing 5 unbroken handstand push-ups…on rings. Castro simply comments, “2016 CrossFit Games individual athlete ring handstand push-up”. There’s no additional context to the statement, so we are left wondering how it will be incorporated next week. But with that said, it could be a repeat workout from six years ago.

For those who are not familiar with the 2010 CrossFit Games, ring handstand push-ups were programmed for the men during the Sunday morning event. The 7-round couplet consisted of 3 cleans (205/135-pounds) and 4 HSPU (on rings for men). Graham Holmberg won the event with a time of 4:26 followed by Chris Spealler and Ben Smith.
