Sydney Sullivan won the CrossFit Games Teenage Girls 14-15 division in 2015. Sullivan was the star of the teenage division with six 1st place and a 4th place finish throughout the week.
We later found out that she won while being diagnosed with Autoimmune Hepatitis Type 2 when she was 12 years old. In January 2016, she was put on the liver transplant list. Last month, she was set to receive a receive but she was sick and the liver was given to the next person on the list.
Through all of this, Sullivan made it to the CrossFit Games again, this time in the 16-17 division. Sullivan placed 6th.
