Kara Webb completely destroyed 17.3. The 24-minute CrossFit Open workout is too much (or too heavy) for many athletes as they get time capped during the workout.

Webb, however, finishes the 63 squat snatches and 153 chest-to-bar pull-ups more than eight minutes ahead of the final time cap. Watch as Webb finishes the workout in 15:56.
