Lindy Barber is done with the 2017 CrossFit Open after officially posting her score and video to the CrossFit Games leaderboard. Barber, a member of the defending Affiliate Cup champions CrossFit Mayhem, did the last Open workout in her garage gym as team member Kristin Reffett was there to help judge the thruster / double-under couplet.
Barber was consistent throughout the workout with her first five rounds almost the exact same time as the second five rounds. Only messing up one double-under, Barber finished the 10 rounds in 7:50.
