What Does Castro’s Latest Post Have To Do With 17.4?

Is anyone else starting to get worried about Dave Castro? In his latest “hint” on Instagram, Castro shared a photo of a mural of five nude women without heads. Castro’s caption: “17.4”.

Maybe it’s handstand push-ups. Maybe there are five movements. Maybe there are wall balls. Maybe he’s still thinking about Michele Letendre’s photos from last week (see below)?

Maybe we’ll never know…
