On October 1, the first week of workouts for the online Wodapalooza Challenge were posted. Submissions (and registration) closes on Tuesday, October 6 at 8:00 EST. Here are the workouts for week 1:
3 minutes to establish 3RM Snatch Max Load
(1st lift from ground, 2nd from hang below the kneee & 3rd from hang above knee)
The tie-breaker is the Max OHS at heaviest snatch load.
12 minute AMRAP of:
-12 Thrusters (ascending weights of 75/95/115/135/155/175/195/215/235…etc)
-35 Double Unders (Elite/Rx & Master’s 40-49)
