Cummings’ coach, Ray Jones of Team Beaufort Weightlifting, commented, “What he is not telling you is…… he DID NOT do this fresh! He did a great snatch balance work sets & then – PR reps for squat and jerk with a 5 sec hold in split – for 3 great sets with 165kg , and then preceded to do warm-ups SQUATS , then did his work sets of 2 reps with -200kg ,210,220,and THEN this 222 x 2 π³.
