Yesterday, USA Weightlifting announced that Jenny Arthur is the first U.S. weightlifter to qualify for the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Arthur qualified by having the highest cumulative score from the 2014 and 2015 IWF World Championships. In 2014, she placed 14th in the 69kg weight class. In 2015, she placed 8th in the 75kg weight class.
