The 2025 Rogue Invitational is just four days away and this morning Rogue published the workouts and event schedule for this weekend.
Well, we know 6 of the 9 workouts. Three are still “to be announced”, including the Duel V on Saturday, Sunday morning’s workout and the finale on Sunday afternoon.
Before we get into the workouts, here is the event schedule (in Eastern Time)…

Six of the nine workouts were published this morning. However, there are some details that have conveniently been left out. For example, the box jump over in Event 1 does not have a height. The bench press weight on Event 4, Deadlift weight on Event 6 and OHS weight on Event 8 are missing.

As for what could be announced, several notable movements like barbell cleans, jerks, snatches are all absent. So are thrusters. There is no rope climb, which has been used in the Duel previously.
There’s also not a long run, which could very likely be seen on Sunday morning (Event 7: Granite City).
