Registration for the 2026 CRASH Crescendo is officially open. Over the years CRASH Crescendo has become one of the best ways for teams to get reps in together in preparation for the CrossFit Games season.
And with the competition just three months away, teams can now sign up. Before you sign up though, you probably will want to familiarize yourself with the divisions…
Real ID (COED Advanced): This division is intended for athletes with the capacity to compete at the Semifinals level.
AARP (COED Masters): This division is intended for athletes 35+ that have the capacity and aspire to qualify for Quarterfinals.
Learner’s Permit (Same Sex Advanced): This division is intended for athletes that have the capacity and aspire to qualify for Semifinals.
Student ID (Same Sex Intermediate): This division is intended for athletes that have the capacity and aspire to qualify for Quarterfinals.

Last year CrossFit Mayhem won the elite division at the 2025 CRASH Crescendo, followed by The EMOM Company. They finished 2nd and 5th, respectively at the 2025 CrossFit Games.
Not only that 8th Day CrossFit, CrossFit 1124, TTT CrossFit and CrossFit Hendersonville Mayhem also competed at both CRASH Crescendo and the CrossFit Games.
The 2026 CRASH Crescendo is April 24-26 at CrossFit CRASH in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
