J.R. Howell once again hosted CRASH Crescendo, a team competition at his gym, CrossFit CRASH in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The competition featured multiple divisions, from CoEd Masters teams to Intermediate teams along with Elite teams looking to qualify for the CrossFit Games this year.
The elite division, called Real ID (Spring Break theme), was headlined by CrossFit Whip and CrossFit Mayhem. Several other teams, however, were also in attendance as a warm-up to next month’s Syndicate Crown.
Over the course of six events CrossFit Whip proved to be better team this weekend as they won five events, losing only the final event by a split second to CrossFit Mayhem.
