The total prize purse for the 2026 Rogue Invitational was just over $1.58 million dollars. The purse was split between CrossFit, Strongman and Strongwoman competitions.
Rogue has a unique way of determining the prize purse. Rogue funds a $1.215 million cash investment.
They also invest $275,000 into Bitcoin where any growth of the value of Bitcoin is added to the prize purse. Unfortunately, Bitcoin was purchased at $95,000 per coin and it is currently valued at $79,000. The good news is that Rogue will guarantee the minimum investment.

The prize pot then gets increased based on ticket sales, The Q registration fees, t-shirts sold, GORUCK Ruckers sold, monthly Rogue Challenge series registrations and for every pair of R.A.D shoes sold.
For the CrossFit competition, a total of $1,092,076 was to be split between the men and women.
