The prize purse for the Rogue Invitational over the past several years has been comprised of a combination of a cash investment, Bitcoin and a share of ticket sales, Q registration fees and other purchases related to the Invitational. In 2026, Rogue is increasing its cash investment that will go towards the prize purse of the 2026 Rogue Invitational.
For the 2026 Rogue Invitational, Rogue is contributing $1,215,000 towards the prize purse. On top of that, they purchased $275,000 of Bitcoin at $95,000 per coin. Any growth on this coin will be added to the prize purse when the prize purse is locked.
After reading that you probably immediately focused on Bitcoin, especially if you have been following where it has been trading recently. We will get to that soon, but let’s start with the cash investment.
In 2025, Rogue’s cash investment was $1,000,000. In 2026, Rogue is adding $215,000 to their investment in the prize purse, taking it to $1,215,000! For those who like stats, that’s a 21.5% increase…
As for Bitcoin, the $275,000 investment is still the same as last year. And while the price of Bitcoin has tanked over the past three weeks (it’s currently trading around $66,000), Rogue will guarantee that $275,000 is part of the prize purse.

Now if Bitcoin rebounds and goes back over $95,000 by October then the prize purse will rise accordingly.
With the cash investment and minimum payout related to the Bitcoin investment, the 2026 Rogue Invitational prize purse will be at least $1,490,000!
Of that, first place in the Individual competition (ie the CrossFit athletes) will take home $256,280.

In 2025, Jeff Adler and Laura Horvath each received nearly $233,000 for winning the 2025 Rogue Invitational.
Looks like another great prize purse will be up for grabs this October. The 2026 Rogue Invitational is October 23-25, 2026, and will once again be at P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland.
