Arielle Loewen, Gui Malheiros and Chandler Smith will be in Ft. Worth, Texas, this weekend to compete in the first-ever Red Bull Rancher Strong competition. The trio of CrossFit Games veterans will be joined by athletes from a wide range of specialties including American Ninja Warrior, F45, Obstacle Course Racing, golf, soccer, ranchers and more.
The one-day event will take place at the Cowtown Coliseum at the Fort Worth Stockyards on Saturday, June 7.
Athletes will take on an obstacle course that will feature eight rancher-inspired elements in a head-to-head elimination-style competition. The course was designed by Lance Perkus, who is known as the “Cowboy Ninja” from America Ninja Warrior.
The event will begin with all athletes racing through the course in the Qualifier stage. The top 14 men and women will advance to Quarterfinals. From there, the top 6 will move on to Semifinals. The top 2 will then battle it out in the Finals to become the Red Bull Rancher Strong Champion.
Red Bull athlete Noah Ohlsen was one of the athletes to help test and fine tune the course set up.

Station 3: Stockyard Scramble
Station 4: Tree Stumpede
Station 5: Hay Bale Hustle
Station 6: Grandpa’s Trailer
Station 7: Rope The Bull
Station 8: Ladder Climb & Finish
First place will receive a 2025 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS all-terrain vehicle, a gold belt buckle trophy, VIP tickets to Red Bull Flugtag DFW 2025 and an American Hat Company gift card.
Second and third place receive a belt buckle trophy and a gift card to American Hat Company.
For those in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, tickets are just $5 and kids 10 and under are free. Seating is general admission.
