The 2026 LT Games were this past weekend. LT stands for Life Time…as in Life Time Fitness. Yeah…
Anyway, the two-day competition was held at Life Time Frisco, just outside of Dallas, Texas, on October 2-3. “The two-day event challenged participants’ power, endurance and mental toughness through 17 high-intensity strength and conditioning stations.”
It’s kind of like a HYROX but it’s not just running mixed with various stations…

At the end of the competition, Noah Ohlsen and Lauren Weeks defended their title from last year.
“We were pumped to bring the LT Games outside of Minnesota for the first time,” said Wes Robertson, LT Games race director at Life Time. “Athletes and competitors from across the country left it all on the course and helped us break in the new HYBRID XT studio built specifically for this type of training and competition.”
