Kyra Milligan, Sydney Wells, Cole Learn and Luke Ennis set a new HYROX world record in the Mixed Team Relay this past weekend in Phoenix, Arizona. The team crossed the finish line in a blistering 48:22, beating second place by over five minutes.
And for the world record, their time was 44 seconds faster than the previous world record sent by Niamh Young, Travis Owles, Lauren Leigh Richardson and Ben Sutherland in Dublin last year.

A look at their splits shows some very impressive times, especially on the fitness stations. They had the fastest time at six of the eight stations, including the wall balls where Kyra Milligan finished 100 reps in 2:57!
