Rogue Points System Updated for WFP Finals

The Rogue Points System has been updated following the conclusion of the WFP Finals last month. The 3-year historical points system was developed by Rogue to create a system for inviting athletes to the Rogue Invitational.

It was also used by the Mayhem Classic to invite athletes for last year’s Semifinal and it will also be used again this year for the 2026 Mayhem Classic.

The 2026 Mayhem Classic is April 17-19. Twenty men and 20 women will be invited to compete in an attempt to qualify for the 2026 CrossFit Games. The top 3 men and women will earn an invite to the Games.

Of the 20 men and women, 15 of those spots will be determined by the Rogue Points System. See why this is important now? There are an additional five wild card invites available to the Mayhem crew to invite whoever they want.

According to Rory McKernan on the most recent Rich Froning podcast, they will be sending out invites very soon.

With that, here is the current rankings of the Rogue Points System (as of January 6, 2026):

As you can see, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr has now dropped down to 4th in the rankings. In the past three years, Toomey-Orr has sat out the 2022 Rogue Invitational, 2023 CrossFit Games and 2025 Rogue Invitational. All were due to pregnancies. She also did not compete in the World Fitness Project this year.

Horvath, on the other hand, has competed every major competition except the 2025 CrossFit Games season. She did, however, compete and win the 2025 WFP season.

On the men’s side, Jeff Adler has a sizable lead over Ricky Garard thanks to winning the 2023 CrossFit Games, 2023 Rogue Invitational and 2025 Rogue Invitational.

Notable athletes who are in the top 15, but elected to not compete in the 2025 CrossFit Games season include Pat Vellner, Chandler Smith, Laura Horvath, Emma Lawson and Emma Tall. We will find out soon whether these athletes will return to the Games season.
