The first competition of the 2026 World Fitness Project season is three weeks away. With that, the workouts for WFP London have been revealed. There are once again six workouts with a two-parter, similar to what we saw at the tour stops last year.
This year there is just one Pro division featuring the signed Pros and the Challengers to create a 50-athlete field.
