WFP Tour Stop 2 Workouts Released

The World Fitness Project Tour Stop 2 is just thee weeks away (August 29-31) and the six workouts have just been announced.

Similar to Tour Stop 1, there is a Part A/B workout that features a max lift followed by a sprint workout. There is a two-mile run to start off the weekend.

WORKOUT 1

For Time:
2 Mile Run

Time Cap: 20 minutes


WORKOUT 2

5 Rounds for Time:
4/3 Rope Climbs
20 Strict Handstand Push-ups
20 Double Kettlebell Squats (60/44)
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)

Time Cap: 20 minutes


WORKOUT 3

For Time:
40/32 Ski Cals
30 Toes-to-Bar
20 Deadlifts (385/270)
30 Weighted GHD Sit-Ups (20/14)
40/32 Echo Bike Cals

Time Cap: 11 minutes


WORKOUT 4A

Max Clean

Time Cap: 8 minutes

500-meter Row
70-foot Dumbbell Farmer Carry Lunge (100/70)

60 Weighted Double-Unders
30-foot Handstand Walk x2 Pirouette
*Last round finishes with Weighted Double-Unders
