2025 CrossFit Last Chance Qualifier Workouts Released

The Last Chance Qualifier is officially underway. The five workouts were released minutes ago and now the top athletes who have yet to qualify for the 2025 CrossFit Games get one last shot. The top male and female athlete in the LCQ will earn the final spot to compete in Albany, New York, this August.

While the workouts have been released (see them below), athletes have until Saturday night to officially register and submit the first three workouts. The scores for the final two workouts must be submitted by Sunday night.

WORKOUT 1

For Time:
100 Double-Unders
10 Clean & Jerks  (205/145)
100 Double-Unders
10 Clean & Jerks (225/155)
100 Double-Unders
10 Clean & Jerks (245/165)

Time Cap: 12 minutes

WORKOUT 2

Three Rounds for Time:
42/34 Calorie Row
30 Lateral Burpee over the Rower
18 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (70/50)

Time Cap: 18 minutes

WORKOUT 3

For Time:
9-12-15 reps of
Ring Muscle-Ups
Overhead Squats (185/125)

Time Cap: 8 minutes

WORKOUT 4

As Many Reps in 7 Minutes:
100 Wall Ball Shots (20-lb/10-ft & 14-lb/9-ft)
Max Legless Rope Climbs in remaining time

WORKOUT 5

For Time:
50 Toes-to-Bar
40 Front Rack Walking Lunges (115/80)
30 Strict Handstand Push-ups
50 GHD Sit-ups
40 Front Rack Walking Lunges
30 Chest-to-Wall Handstand Push-ups
