The CanWest CrossFit Championship is not until June 2020, but that does not mean it is too early to help athletes prepare for the new Sanctional competition. Earlier this week on Instagram, the CanWest Games page hinted that athletes will see swimming at its Sanctional competition next year.
“People of CanWest…. Be prepared… 2020!” read the caption. It ended by saying, “Start Training”.

The CanWest CrossFit Championship is one of the new Sanctionals for the 2020 CrossFit Games season. In Vancouver, Canada, the CanWest CrossFit Championship will be held June 5-7, 2020. The top male, female and team will be invited to compete at the 2020 CrossFit Games.
Details on how to qualify for the CanWest CrossFit Championship have yet to be released.
