The China Invitational is a two-day competition beginning this Friday. The event is a team competition at the National Exhibition & Convention Center on August 23 and 24.
The winning team will earn an invite to compete at the 2020 Asia CrossFit Championship in April 2020.

Rich Froning and Mayhem Freedom competed at the Asia CrossFit Championship in 2019 and earned their invite to the CrossFit Games where they went on the win the team title.
