It’s official! Chyna Cho has joined Rich Froning and his CrossFit Mayhem Freedom team. Last month Cho visited Cookeville, Tennessee, to train with the Mayhem crew. The visit sparked rumors that the 6-time CrossFit Games veteran would be replacing Kristin Miller.
This morning the Asia CrossFit Championship made it official by formally announcing CrossFit Mayhem Freedom would be competing in the Sanctional later this month. Joining Rich Froning on CrossFit Mayhem Freedom’s team are Dre Strohm, Tasia Percevecz and Chyna Cho.
CrossFit Mayhem Freedom will be looking to earn an invite to the CrossFit Games by winning the Sanctional in Shanghai. The three-day event begins April 27.
