On Sunday, the CrossFit French Throwdown will have come to an end. And with it, the inaugural season for the CrossFit Sanctionals will be over. The CrossFit French Throwdown is the last of 15 Sanctionals this season. It is also the last chance for individuals and teams to earn an invite to the 2019 CrossFit Games.
The CrossFit French Throwdown is in Paris, France, and it begins this Friday, June 28. And while some athletes are using the Sanctional as a final tune-up before heading to Madison, Wisconsin, for others it will mean everything. That means athletes like Alison Scudds, Amanda Goodman, Lucas Parker and Mitchel Stevenson along with teams like CrossFit Mayhem Independence and Invictus Boston will need to perform well this weekend.
