After taking an extra five days to review video submissions from 20.3, CrossFit has handed out 24 minor penalties. But while no major penalties were given out, some of the top female athletes in the world received penalties.
Sara Sigmundsdottir, Tia-Clair Toomey, Jamie Greene and Brooke Wells were among those penalized.
Most of the minor penalties were lack of extension at the top of the deadlift. Some athletes incurred a penalty for lack of extension on the handstand push-ups or bouncing the deadlifts.
Seven of the penalties were for false starts.
