CrossFit Total Returns to the CrossFit Games

The CrossFit Total will once again make an appearance at the CrossFit Games. The classic benchmark workout consisting of a 1-rep max back squat, shoulder press and deadlift will count as three separate 50-point scored events this year.

With the announcement, the 2026 CrossFit Games looks very familiar to the 2007 CrossFit Games.

In 2007, athletes took on the Hopper, Trail Run and the CrossFit Total.

Now for the 20th anniversary of the CrossFit Games, the 2026 version will feature the 2007 Hopper, the Ranch 7200 and the CrossFit Total. All of these workouts will be competed on Wednesday, Day 1, of the 2026 CrossFit Games.
