Instagram just launched a new Instagram TV feature. The CrossFit Games was one of the first to utilize the new feature. In a one minute video clip Dave Castro talks about the 2018 Open and Regionals and then transitions into the upcoming CrossFit Games.
Castro says that he believes he has created the best test so far in the 2018 CrossFit Games. He continues by saying that the athletes “will be dealt a Day 1 that will go down in the Games history books as far as difficulty and challenge.”
