Week 1 is behind us and now 20.2 is here to find out who is ready to take it to the next level. The bar-facing burpees and light ground-to-overhead barbell work that everyone can do is over. Now it’s getting serious.
For some athletes, 20.2 is make or break. For others, it will require consistency to stay near the top of the leaderboard. Can Emma McQuaid and Lefteris Theofanidis hold on to #1 after this week?

It is the first time in Open history that dumbbell thrusters have been programmed in the Open. On top of that, it is the first time thrusters have been programmed prior to Week 5!
