Over the weekend, James Lancaster took a knee and proposed to his girlfriend, Tasia Percevecz near the Mississippi River. Lancaster, also a former CrossFit competitor, built a trellis and installed it on the beach before taking Percevecz out to the location.
Lancaster and Percevecz shared a short video on Instagram to announce the engagement.
Percevecz competed on Rich Froning’s CrossFit Mayhem Freedom team in 2018 and 2019, finishing in 1st place both times. Before that, she competed as an individual in 2016, finishing 15th overall. These days, Percevecz programs Mayhem 30, a bodyweight and minimal equipment fitness program under the Mayhem Athlete umbrella, and is the Director of Operations at Mayhem Mission. She is also the coach to Haley Adams.
