If you are going to be in Fort Worth, Texas, next week to attend the CrossFit Games or are just local to the area, you will want to make a trip or two (or three or four…) to CrossFit Westwood. The 2024 GOWOD Community Week begins on Monday, August 5 and runs through Sunday, August 11, with activations running all day, every day, for FREE!

As part of the activations, some of the biggest names in CrossFit will be hosting events. From Mat Fraser, Chris Hinshaw, Caroline Lambray, Scott Panchik, Justin Cotler, Matt Torres, Mal O’Brien, John Singleton (the list keeps going), GOWOD Community Week is the place to learn from the best.
To attend a session, you will need to head over to gowod.app/cfgames and enter your email so that you don’t miss your opportunity to register when it opens at 12:00pm Eastern.
