There is just one CrossFit Sanctional remaining before everyone heads to Madison, Wisconsin, for the 2019 CrossFit Games. Here are the team rosters, including alternates, of who is going so far.
Of the 14 Sanctionals with a team invite on the line this season (the CrossFit Italian Showdown did not send a team this year), 10 teams have accepted their invites and finalized their rosters. Outside of The Granite Games and The CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown that just wrapped up this weekend, only the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge (MAAC) invite has been verified.
At the MAAC, Invictus X won the Sanctional in Washington, DC, but Chantelle Loehner failed her drug test following the competition. Loehner has appealed the test and requested her B sample be tested. It appears the appeal is still underway.

In the event the Loehner’s appeal fails, Team Misfit will be the next in line from the MAAC. Team Misfit includes Travis Williams, Roy Gamboa, Alexis Johnson and Jennifer Smith.
As for Invictus X, Sam Dancer and Holden Rethwill recruited Kristi Eramo and Margaux Alvarez to compete at The Granite Games this past weekend. The Invictus super team finished 2nd overall (behind already qualified CrossFit Krypton) and is likely to receive the invite from the Minnesota-based Sanctional.
So here are the rosters of the 10 teams invited so far:
Team Invictus (via Dubai CrossFit Championship): Rasmus Andersen (C),Tommy Vinas, Mitch Wagner (a), Lauren Fisher, Regan Huckaby, and Jenn Ryan (a)
CrossFit Krypton (via Wodapalooza CrossFit Festival): Alec Smith (C), Cody Mooney, Adam Klink (a), Jessica Griffith, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, and Jamie Greene (a)

Central Beasts (via CrossFit Strength in Depth): Zach Sowder, Joey Tortora, Ryan Sowder (a), Nicole Holcomb (C), Emma Chapman, Alison Scudds (a)
CrossFit Mayhem Freedom (via Asia CrossFit Championship): Rich Froning (C), Dre Strohm, Ben Smith (a), Tasia Percevecz, Chyna Cho, Haley Adams (a)
CrossFit JST Compete (via Reykjavik CrossFit Championship): Helena Collins, Jayne Eadie, Steven Fawcett (C), Jak Cornthwaite, Benjamin Massey (a), and Sam Briggs (a)
X-Terminators (via Down Under CrossFit Championship): Rob Forte, Zeke Grove, Kate Gordon, Danielle Jenny, James Newbury (a), Maddie Sturt (a)
PRO1 (via Brazil CrossFit Championship): Joe Scali, David Fontaine, Alexandre Caron (a), Lorraine Allard (C), Manon Lesur, and Chloe Gauvin-David (a)
OC3 Black (via Rogue Invitational): Joe Piersanti (C), Luke Schafer, Colin Cartee (a), Andrea Nisler, Nicole Chovan (a), and Taylor Williamson
A look at the rosters shows some big names alternates, most notably Ben Smith on CrossFit Mayhem Freedom. Coming off knee surgery this off-season, Smith has failed to qualify for the CrossFit Games as an individual. In case Froning or Strohm are injured, Smith is one of the best back-ups to have.
And while not yet confirmed, Team Barebells Prepared won the CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown yesterday. That team consisted of Phil Hesketh, Alexander Elebro, Mia Akerlund and Synne Krokstad.
