Earlier today we shared that Sam Kwant posted his video of 23.1 from his garage gym. But he’s not the only elite athlete to have an awesome garage gym set up. Arielle Loewen is taking advantage of her sweet garage gym as she worked her way through the long 14-minute AMRAP.
Loewen ended up completing 253 reps on the first Open workout of the 2023 Games season. What’s also cool is that Loewen used the WODProof app to record her video and linked it to the Concept2 monitor so you can watch her pace and calories throughout the row portion of the workout.
She finished just seven reps shy of completing her second round on the rower. If nothing else, watch the video for the dismount off the rower at the end.

Loewen burst onto the CrossFit Games scene in 2021 where she finished 14th overall in her rookie debut. She followed that up with an 11th place finish after qualifying for the Games via the Last Chance qualifier.
Now, this season, Loewen is competing out of the North America West region and is the highest ranked female athlete (#11) in the region. After her 253 reps, it looks like she is on the hunt for another Games appearance.
