Yesterday, Taylor Self made a post on Instagram showing a screenshot of a text from someone saying “Every CBG athlete I’ve ever talked to ‘yeah I don’t really follow their plan but they pay me.'”Â

CBG sponsors 10 notable athletes in the CrossFit space. Danielle Brandon, Haley Adams, Chandler Smith, Jessi Smith, Anikha Greer, Bethany Flores, James Sprague, Hannah Black, Hattie Kanyo and Trista Smith.
Apparently Taylor and Justin from CBG had a good FaceTime last night to squash the beef.
Then this morning CBG posted a reel offering $500 to the person who turns in the rat/informant. That’s right. If you know is telling people that CBG-sponsored athletes aren’t following the no-macro program, Justin will send you $500 in cold, hard cash. But you only have 24 hours.
