Christmas Abbott was arrested on Tuesday, November 6, after turning herself in to authorities in Tampa, Florida. Abbott was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, a third degree felony.
The arrest comes from an altercation back on August 20, 2018, when Abbott went to Cigar City CrossFit to confront Samantha Morse, who Abbott thought was seeing her baby’s father, Benjamin Bunn. After throwing iced coffee and calling Morse a “pathetic home-wrecking little slut”, Morse alleges that Abbott left the gym and rammed her Mercedes SUV repeatedly into Morse’s Honda sedan.
The time of the incident was when Abbott was eight months pregnant (she gave birth in October). Abbott was not processed because she was so far along in her pregnancy and was given the opportunity to turn herself in later. Abbott was released on a surety bond just 40 minutes after turning herself in to authorities.
According to a source close to the situation, Abbott is refusing to let Bunn see their child and is having to be subpoenaed to establish paternity.
