CrossFit Liftoff Will Have Live Workout Announcement from Paradiso CrossFit

With the popularity of the live Open announcement shows, CrossFit has expanded their live coverage of workout reveals this year. Both weeks of the Team Series featured live workout announcements along with several top athletes throwing down. And on November 30, the trend will continue with the CrossFit Liftoff.

Live from Paradiso CrossFit in Venice, California, the CrossFit Games crew will be broadcasting live as they reveal the workout portion of the worldwide online competition. Following the announcement, yet-to-be named CrossFit athletes will take on the workout…and possibly the Olympic lifts as well.

The @crossfit LIFTOFF is an online weightlifting competition. Snatch. Clean and jerk. Work out. Paradiso CrossFit is also just 17 miles away from the Anaheim Convention Center, where the top Olympic Weightlifters in the world are gathering for the IWF World Championships. That competition runs from November 28 through December 5.
