Don Faul has stepped down as CEO of CrossFit, LLC. Faul became CEO on August 2, 2022, right before the 2022 CrossFit Games. Faul’s last day will be March 6, 2026.
“Serving as CrossFit’s CEO has been an honor,” said Faul. “I will miss working with passionate CrossFit employees, affiliates, athletes, and community members on a daily basis. I am leaving with immense gratitude and pride in this community.”
The CrossFit Board of Directors has already begun the process of finding a new CEO and will work with an executive search firm to find Faul’s replacement.
