Haley Adams is just 17 years old, but over the past three years she has finished 2nd in the 14-15 Teenage Girls division, 2nd in the 16-17 Teenage Girls division and 1st last year. Adams also competed alongside the top women of the Atlantic Regional the past two seasons where she finished 11th last year.
With a lot of potential, Adams is joining Rich Froning and crew in Cookeville, Tennessee. Adams announced last week that she is going to compete with CrossFit Mayhem for the 2019 CrossFit Games season.
Adams ended her post with #TeamIndependence, referring to the 2nd team from CrossFit Mayhem. Rich Froning is on CrossFit Mayhem Freedom.
