Jon North’s Two-Month Old Daughter Needs a Heart Transplant

Jon and Jessica North’s two-month old daughter was born with cardiomyopathy. After several recent visits with doctors, Liv will need a heart transplant.

According to Jessica, her daughter’s heart is getting worse at each appointment. Doctors are attempting to stabilize her heart with medication. Keep the North family in your prayers.

It’s confirmed. Liv will need a heart transplant, it’s just a matter of when. The goal is to keep her with her heart for as long as possible, but her heart failure is inevitable. Each appointment her heart is getting worse. We are working aggressively with her cardiologists to stabilize her heart with medicines, but unfortunately her heart can only take so much. I am very thankful for the advances of science and medicine because if this were 30 years ago, they’d be telling me my daughter was going to die. Today they can tell me that my daughter will need a new heart. How that is even possible scares and amazing me all in one. Praise God! As always, I am praying with all of my heart and soul to God for a miracle, for healing, for guidance and I am putting 100% of my faith in Him that Liv will LIVE! 💗 I love you, Liv.

Prayers for my daughter Liv. Second opinion in Seattle. Hopefully we will know more about her heart. Praying that we will find a cure for her heart disease. 👼🙏💓
