Kara Saunders is just two months postpartum, but that has not slowed her down. Saunders has started getting back into the gym and begun training again. That is not all Saunders has been up to though.
Recently, Saunders joined singer Amy Sheppard and several other women to film Sheppard’s latest music video, Kiss My Fat Ass. For the video, Saunders, Sheppard and other stripped down to nude underwear and danced along to the music.
Saunders said she did the music video because she loved the message and it made her “nervous as hell” and forced her to step out of her comfort zone. The song focuses on the perception women have to look perfect and the pressure and stress that comes with that. Sheppard’s message is that we are here on Earth to make a positive impact, not try to look perfect.
