Katrin Davidsdottir Shares Inspiring Message of Self-Acceptance

Katrin Davidsdottir just wrapped up the 2018 CrossFit Games. But while Davidsdottir looks invincible while competing on the Alliant Energy Center Coliseum floor, Davidsdottir faces the same pressures and thoughts as most other women.

For Reebok’s Be More Human campaign, Davidsdottir discussed her thoughts on the importance of confidence and self-acceptance. Davidsdottir comments, “I want to be better than myself. I want to be better today than I was yesterday. And tomorrow, I want to be a better version of myself than I am right now.”

Of course, finding confidence is not always easy – especially with social media today. “It’s easy to get caught up in comparison, and that’s the absolute worst. You are you, and I am me. If you’re trying to be someone else, you might just end up being a lesser version of them, you know? Let them be them, and you flourish into the best you,” adds Davidsdottir.
