A week after Noah Ohlsen shared his 1:49 Fran, Marissa Flowers has one upped the CrossFit Games veteran. Flowers, who did Fran as part of the Wodapalooza Online Challenge team qualifier, knocked out the 21-15-9 thruster and pull-up workout in a blazing 1:45.
Flowers’ time is the fastest on record, beating both Noah Ohlsen and Henry Sailes, both of which did it in 1:49.

Flowers is not new to the CrossFit scene. In 2022, Flowers finished 15th at the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge Semifinal.
