Four-time CrossFit Games Team athlete Mia Hesketh and her husband, Phil Hesketh, also a CrossFit Games veteran, announced earlier this week they are expecting their second child together.
“Baby girl arriving for the summer,” shared Mia and Phil in a collaborative post on Instagram.
The couple got married in September 2019, one month after competing together on the same team at the CrossFit Games. They then welcomed their first child in December 2020.
Then in 2023, Mia and Phil returned to the CrossFit Games on the CrossFit Walleye Athlete Team where they finished 6th overall.
This past season, Mia and her team, CrossFit Walleye Orka, qualified for the 2024 CrossFit Games. However, they withdrew following the Lazar Đukić’s death on Thursday of the Games.
