The question seems to always come up, what do the best athletes in the world eat on a daily basis? Reebok posed the question, “What do you eat for breakfast?” to some of the top athletes in the sport of CrossFit.
Tia-Clair Toomey, Rich Froning, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Brent Fikowski, Annie Thorisdottir and Scott Panchik all shared their competition day breakfasts.
Brent Fikowski’s breakfast includes 3 eggs, vegetables, oats with fruit and yogurt. Tia-Clair Toomey will eat salmon, toast with butter, scrambled eggs and a greeen smoothie.
