The Iron Hog is officially engaged. In an Instagram post this afternoon, Colten’s fiancé, Ally Zierke shared a photo of an engagement ring.
It appears that Colten popped the question on New Year’s Day.
Both Colten and Ally have competed at the CrossFit Games. Colten has been to the Games three times as an individual and once on a team. Ally has been to the Games on a team twice.
