
17.3 features a heavy barbell and a LOT of chest-to-bar pull-ups…if you’re in contention for Regionals. For most, however, the goal is to just advance past the first or second time cut-off.
The workout’s rep scheme is quite a doozy so make sure your judge is paying attention and doesn’t let you do too many reps. Here’s a link to workout description and scorecard.
