Christmas Abbott became popular in the CrossFit world around 2012 after she became a member of a NASCAR Pit Crew. Abbott was featured on numerous CrossFit articles and interviews as well as bigger media outlets such as CBS’ This Morning show.
Before that, however, Abbott competed on a team at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2011. She was also a national-level weightlifter. In addition, Abbott is the owner and head coach of CrossFit Invoke.
Over the past few years, Abbott has ventured outside of CrossFit and has become a branding advisor, author (The Badass Body Diet and The Badass Life) and a motivational speaker.
And now, Abbott will be on the cast of Big Brother Season 19. Abbott, who is 33, will join 15 other housemates on the CBS reality series. In addition to this, Abbott’s wedding with Geoff Kercher is set for September 3, 2017.
