In what began as three dudes working out together and hosting fitness seminars has turned into a coffee roasting business. Rich Froning, Josh Bridges and Dan Bailey hosted several seminars in Europe last year as part of the Good Dudes seminar tour. The three CrossFit Games veterans spent several days working out with attendees, giving tips and answering questions.
Now, the trio appears to be expanding their business and are branching out into the coffee roasting world. With a single post on Instagram, the Good Dudes Coffee Roasters officially announced their new venture. Froning reposted the photo on his Instagram and said that Bridges will be taking the lead since “he is the coffee connoisseur.”
No website has been set up that we can find, but it sounds like more details will shared in the coming weeks.
