While Pat Sherwood and Emily Carothers have been rather low key about their relationship, we were initially clued in to their relationship after Sherwood casually mentioned this girl he was dating had competed in the CrossFit Games.
There have been a few social media posts since then, but again the CrossFit couple has kept to themselves.
Until now.
On Sherwood’s Instagram page, he and Carothers announced their engagement. Congrats to both as they begin their lives together!
