Two-Brain Business was officially founded in 2016 by Chris Cooper with the intent to mentor gym owners to improve their business. Four years later, in 2020, the first State of the Industry report was published that provided a comprehensive view of the performance of gyms around the world.
Today, Two-Brain Business continues to provide mentorship services on top of the annual State of the Industry report.
And this morning, Cooper joined The Sevan Podcast to discuss the 2024 report that was just released. Cooper says that year-over-year he is seeing increased clients, increased membership and increased retention.
Data from Wodify and Kilo platforms were used to aggregate the data along with surveys to generate more qualitative insights.
